しょう油・・・・・・・小さじ１弱
混ぜ合わせておく調味料
かつおだし汁・・・・・大さじ２
みりん・・・・・・・・・小さじ１
【作り方】
１）水菜は洗ったら水けをきって３ｃｍ長さに切っておく。
２）油あげは油抜きをして水けをきったら横にして１ｃｍ幅に切る。
３）フライパンにサラダ油を入れ熱し、（１）の水菜を入れ塩をふり入れ
サッと炒める。
４）続いて（２）の油あげを入れサッと炒めたら、混ぜ合わせておいた
調味料を入れ軽く炒める。
５）しょう油を入れ全体をサッと炒める。器に盛る。
