├ しょう油・・・・大さじ１/２～大さじ１
【作り方】
１）鍋にスープの材料を入れ温めたら火を止めて冷ましておく。
２）モロヘイヤはかたい根元を切ったら塩、サラダ油を加えた
熱湯でサッと茹で水にとり、水けを絞って細かく刻む。
３）ボールに（１）のスープと（２）のモロヘイヤと
白いりごまを入れラップをして冷蔵庫に入れ冷やす。
冷えたら器に盛る。
