【作り方】
１）きゅうりは塩（材料表記外）をふって板ずりし、
皮をピーラーで縞状にむいたら１ｃｍ角に切る。
２）梅干しは種を取って軽くたたく。
３）ポリ袋に（２）の梅干し、かつお節、しょう油を入れて（１）の
きゅうりも入れたら軽くもむ。冷蔵庫に入れておく。
