【材料】２～３人分
├ トマト・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・２個
├ メンマやわらぎ（１１５ｇのもの）・・１/２瓶
├ 青じその千切り・・・・・・・・・・２～３枚分
【作り方】
１）トマトを湯むきし、縦に切って種をとり１ｃｍ角に切る。
２）ボールに（１）のトマトとメンマを入れてあえる。
３）器に盛ったら青じその千切りを添える。

梅雨の時期なので暑くてジメジメした日が
続いてますね(;´Д`)
でもビールは美味しい季節ですね(笑)
そこで今回のレシピは知人から教えてもらってから
ハマっている夏のおつまみにぴったりのレシピのご紹介です☆
トマトは湯むきにする時にちょっとだけ火を使いますが
後はトマトとメンマやわらぎの瓶詰めをあえるだけ
なので簡単に作れて美味しいです(^_^)v
青じそは無くても良いですが青じそがあった方が
美味しいです(*^▽^*)
