顔を出すようになりましたね(*^▽^*)
オクラが好きな私としては嬉しいです☆
オクラのネバネバには夏バテ防止になると言われているので
これからの季節にはピッタリですね！
ちょっと忙しい時に簡単に浅漬けを作りたい時は市販の”浅漬けの素”
を買っちゃいます(*ﾟｰﾟ)v
そこで今回は市販の浅漬けの素で「オクラの浅漬け」を作りました！
簡単に出来て美味しいので便利ですよね～(*^～^*)
オクラに塩をまぶして板ずりし、
熱湯でサッと茹でたら冷水にとって水けを
きったら後は浅漬けの素につけるだけです☆
ちょっと話は変わりますが、
最近何かとバタバタしてまして(汗)
なかなか更新ができなく、
だいぶ遅れてしまってすみません(涙)m(__)m
