【作り方】
１）サキイカは細かく裂いてボールに入れる。
２）（１）にごま油を入れ全体をあえる。
３）続いて調味料の材料とにんにくのすりおろしを入れ
手でぎゅっと全体に味がなじむようにあえる。
４）続いてすり白ごまを入れ全体を混ぜ合わせる。
５）（４）をタッパーなどに入れて冷蔵庫に入れ味を落ち着かせる。

今回ご紹介するレシピは
お友達から教えてもらってから作り始めたイカの燻製（サキイカ）を使った
お酒のおつまみにピッタリなレシピです。
とっても美味しかったのでご紹介しますヽ(^▽^＠)ノ
早いもので１２月になり、お家で忘年会をする機会などがあった時に
ちょっとアレンジしたサキイカをおつまみで出せばお客さんもちょっと
