【材料】３～４人分
├ ぜんまい（水煮）・・・・・・・１３０ｇ
├ もやし・・・・・・・・・一袋（２４０ｇ）
├ おろしにんにく・・・・・・・小さじ１/４
調味料
├ しょう油・・・・・・・・・・・大さじ２
├ ごま油・・・・・・・・・・・・小さじ１
├ 酢・・・・・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１
├ 砂糖・・・・・・・・・・・・小さじ１/２
├ こしょう・・・・・・・・・・・・・少々
【作り方】
１）ぜんまいは３～４ｃｍ長さに切る。
２）ボールに調味料の材料とおろしにんにくを入れ混ぜ合わせておく。
３）熱湯で（１）のぜんまいともやしをサッと茹でたらザルにあげ水けを切る。
４）（３）が熱いうちに（２）のボールに入れ全体をあえ、冷ます。
■お話し■
スーパーに行った時にぜんまいの水煮ともやしがとっても安く購入できました(^^)Vちなみにもやしは一袋４０円でした！(〃∀〃)♪
もやしは栄養は少ないですが、ビタミンＣやカルシウム、カリウムなどが含まれています。
また食物繊維も含まれているので便秘の解消になります！
栄養やもやしの歯ごたえを残すためにも茹でる場合はサッと茹でると良いですよ(^-^)
お値段が安いのにあえ物や炒め物に役立つもやしは本当に助かります♪
