├ グリーンアスパラガス・・・・・・・・４本
※細いアスパラなら６本
├ ベーコンの薄切り・・・・・・９０～１００ｇ
├ サラダ油・・・・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１
調味料
├ バルサミコ酢・・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１
├ しょう油・・・・・・・・・・・・・小さじ１
├ 砂糖・・・・・・・・・・・・・・小さじ１/４
├ 塩、こしょう・・・・・・・・・・・・各少々
【作り方】
（１）アスパラは根元のかたい部分を切り落とし、下１/３をピーラーなどで皮をむく。
続いて塩（材料表記外）茹でし、水にとって冷ましたら水けをきって３～４ｃｍ長さの斜め切りにする。
（２）調味料の材料を全てボールに入れて混ぜ合わせておく。
（３）ベーコンの薄切りを１ｃｍ角に切る。フライパンにサラダ油を入れ熱し、
ベーコンを入れカリっとするまで炒めたら、熱いうちにベーコンとフライパンに
残ってる油も（２）のボールに入れ全体を混ぜる。
（４）器に（１）のアスパラを盛ったら（３）を上からかける。
