【材料】３～４人分
├ ぶりのあら・・・・・・３００ｇ程度
├ 大根・・・・・・・・・１/４本
├ にんじん・・・・・・・１/３本
├ 長ねぎ・・・・・・・・適量
調味料
├ 塩・・・・・・・・・・・適量
├ 酒・・・・・・・・・・・大さじ２
├ 昆布だし汁・・・・・・・カップ２
├ 味噌・・・・・・・・・・大さじ２
【作り方】
１）ぶりのあらはザルに並べ塩を振り、全体に熱湯をかける。
２）大根とにんじんは皮をむき３～４ｃｍ長さの短冊切りにする。
３）鍋に酒と昆布だし汁を入れ煮立ったら（１）のぶりと（２）の大根と
にんじんを入れる。
４）再び煮立ったらアクを取って中火で１２～１５分煮る。
５）味噌を溶き入れ煮立つ直前に火を止める。
６）器に盛り、小口切りにした長ねぎを散らす。

暖かくなる日も近づいてきましたね(^^)ただ、まだ寒い日も続いているので
「ぶりのあら汁」を作ってみました。ぶりの旬は秋～冬なのでとりあえず【旬】
のぶりは食べ納めです。
