【作り方】
１）しめじは石づきをとって小房にわける。
２）しいたけは石づきをとって５ｍｍ～１ｃｍ厚さの薄切りにする。
※しいたけは大きければ３枚、小さければ４枚で作って下さい。
３）鍋に調味料の材料と（１）と（２）を入れ汁けがほぼなくなるまで
時々混ぜながら煮る。
