├ 味噌・・・・・・・大さじ１ 1/2 （弱）
├ 砂糖・・・・・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１
├ 練りからし・・・・・・・小さじ１/２
├ 和風だし汁・・・・・・・・・大さじ１
【作り方】
１）れんこんは薄めの乱切りにする。切ったら酢水に１０分さらし水けをきる。
２）からし味噌の材料をボールに入れてよく混ぜ合わせておく。
３）ちくわは斜めの薄切りにする。
４）（１）のれんこんを熱湯で茹で、れんこんが透き通ってきたら
ザルにあげ水けをきって熱いうちに（２）に入れ（３）のちくわも
入れて全体をあえる。器に盛る。
※れんこんはシャキっとした歯ごたえを残すために
茹ですぎないように注意してください。
