【作り方】
１）しいたけは石づきをとって薄切りにする。きゅうりも薄切りにする。
２）鍋にかつおだし汁と（１）のしいたけの薄切りを入れ、しいたけを煮る。
３）酒、しょう油、塩、（１）のきゅうりを入れ一煮立ちさせたら火を止める。
※味がうすい場合は塩で調味して下さい
４）茹でたそうめんを椀に入れ（３）の汁を注ぐ。

まだ残暑が続きそうですが、スーパーなどに行くと秋が旬の食材が並ぶようになりましたね(^-^)
今回のレシピは夏によく食べたそうめんが残ってる方も多いと思います。
そこでそうめんをすまし汁にしてちょっと秋っぽいそうめん汁にしてみました(^^)和食のおかずと一緒にどうぞ☆
