近所のスーパーで「筒菜（つつな）」がとっても安い値段で売っていました。
関東の方ではあまり売られていないのに低価格！！まよわず買いました(笑）
↓筒菜を楽しみました(^.^)
材料は
筒菜・・・・・・・・１束（１袋）
合い挽き肉・・・・・１００ｇ程度
にんにくのみじんぎり・・・・１片
塩、こしょう・・・・・・・各少々
サラダ油・・・・・・・・・・適量
ナンプラー・・・・・・・・小さじ１
しょう油・・・・・・・小さじ１/２
砂糖・・・・・・・・・小さじ１/２
筒菜はザク切りにしておく。
フライパンにサラダ油を入れて熱し、にんにくのみじん切りを焦げないように
炒めたら合い挽き肉を入れて塩、こしょうをしてパラパラに炒めたら筒菜
を入れサッと炒め更にナンプラー、しょう油、砂糖を加え全体を手早く炒め合せました。
とにかく炒めるだけの(笑）調理でしたけどご飯も進むし、
筒菜の食感も楽しめました(＾～＾*）
