├ かぼちゃ・・・・・・４００ｇ
├ きゅうり・・・・・・１/２本
├ マヨネーズ・・・・・・大さじ２
├ 牛乳・・・・・・・・大さじ１/２
├ 塩・・・・・・・・・小さじ１/４
├ こしょう・・・・・・・・・少々
【作り方】
１）かぼちゃは種とわたをとって一口大に切ったら
サッと水につけてラップで包み電子レンジで５分加熱して
やらわかくする。
加熱後、熱いうちにボールに入れてつぶす。
２）きゅうりはスライサーで薄切りの輪切りにし、
塩（材料表記外）を適量振り、手でかるくもんでしんなりさせたら
サッと水で洗い水けをしぼる。
３）（１）に（２）を入れてさらに
マヨネーズ、牛乳、塩、こしょうを入れ全体を混ぜ合わせる。
器に盛る。

かぼちゃは冬が旬と思いがちですが旬は夏です。
旬のかぼちゃを電子レンジで作るとっても簡単な「かぼちゃサラダ」の
