１）春キャベツ（４～５枚）は洗ってから、食べやすい大きさに切り、芯は薄切りにする。
２）（１）のキャベツ全体に塩を（小さじ１弱程度）をふり軽くもむ。
３）保存袋にキャベツ、塩（小さじ１/２）、昆布茶（小さじ１）を入れ
保存袋の開け口を手で持って保存袋を数回振って全体に調味料が混ざったら保存袋の上から軽くもみます。
４）しばらく置いてしんなりしたら保存袋からキャベツを取り出し軽く水気をしぼって器に盛ります。
