├ あしたば・・・・・・１袋
├ 木綿豆腐・・・・・１/２丁

和え衣の材料
├ 白味噌・・・・・・小さじ２
├ 砂糖・・・・・・・・・・少々
├ しょう油・・・・・・小さじ１
├ だし汁・・・・・・・小さじ２
├ 塩・・・・・・・・・・・・・少々
├ すり白ごま・・・・・大さじ１
【作り方】
１）木綿豆腐は重しをして水けをきっておく。
２）あしたばは塩（材料表記外）少々を加えた熱湯で茹でたら水にとり、水けを絞って２～３ｃｍ長さに切る。にんじんの千切りはサッとゆでたら水けをきって冷ましておく。
３）（１）の豆腐をすり鉢に入れて軽くすったら和え衣の材料を入れて混ぜ合わせる。
４）（２）と（３）を和える。器に盛る。

最近スーパーでは春野菜が見られるようになりましたね(^^)この前、あしたばが売っていたので早速買いました！あしたばは強い香りが特徴なのと栄養面ではビタミンCやB郡などが多く含まれています。お豆腐やゴマと一緒に食べれば美容にも良いので積極的に取っていこうかな～と思ってます(〃∀〃)♪
