├ 春菊・・・・・１/２わ

├ にんじん・・・・１/３本
├ 溶き卵・・・・・・・２個分
├ 塩、こしょう・・・・少々
├ ごま油・・・・・小さじ２
スープ
鶏ガラスープ・・・・・４1/2カップ / 酒・・・大さじ１ / 砂糖・・・・・少々
水溶き片栗粉
片栗粉・・・・・大さじ１ / 水・・・・・・・大さじ２
【作り方】
１）春菊を熱湯でサッと茹でて水にとり、水けを絞って細かく刻む。
２）舞茸はさいておく。
３）にんじんは皮をむいて３～４ｃｍ長さの短冊切りにする。
４）もずくはザルにあけ水洗いし、水けを切ったら食べやすい長さに切る。
５）鍋にスープの材料をすべて入れて煮立ったら（２）の舞茸と（３）のにんじんを入れて中火で３分煮る。
６）（４）のもずくを入れて２～３分煮たら（１）の春菊を入れサッと煮て塩、こしょうをし、水溶き片栗粉をまわし入れとろみをつける。
７）溶き卵を流し入れ卵がほどよく固まったらごま油をまわし入れ火を止め器に盛る。

野菜不足やミネラル不足を感じた時にピッタリなスープですよ(^-^)寒いこの季節は温かいスープがとても美味しいので野菜不足の方は野菜をスープの具にすれば野菜がたっぷり食べられるのでおすすめです☆
