【材料】１～２人分
├ 鮭缶（鮭中骨水煮缶）・・・・・・１缶
├ 青じその千切り・・・・・・・３～４枚分
├ 長ねぎのみじん切り・・・・・・１/２本
タレの材料
├ 粉唐辛子・・・・・・・・・・・・・少々
├ おろしにんにく・・・・・・（小）１片分
├ すり白ごま・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１
├ しょう油・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１/２
【作り方】
１）鮭缶の缶汁と身を分けておく。
２）ボールに粉唐辛子、おろしにんにく、すり白ごま、しょう油を混ぜ合わしておく。
３）鍋に（１）の鮭缶の缶汁と長ねぎのみじん切りを入れ沸騰したら火を止める。
４）（３）を（２）に入れ混ぜ合わせる。
５）器に（１）の鮭缶の身を盛り（４）のタレを上からかけ、青じそを盛る。

年末に向けて鮭缶をまとめて買った方やお歳暮に鮭缶をたくさん頂いた方も多いと思います☆
そこでそのまま食べてももちろん美味しい鮭缶ですが、ちょっと工夫を加えるとまた違った鮭缶のレシピになります♪今回のレシピはおかずにもおつまみにも合う鮭缶のレシピです(^.^)
