【材料】２～３人分
├ 白菜・・・・・・・・・・・・・３～４枚
├ 油揚げ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・１枚
├ しょうがの千切り・・・・１/２片分
├ 長ねぎ・・・・・・・・・・・１/２本分
├ ごま油・・・・・・小さじ２程度
├ 和風だし汁・・・・・・カップ１
調味料
しょう油・・・・・大さじ１ ／ みりん・・・・大さじ１ ／ 酒・・・・・・大さじ１
【作り方】
１）油揚げは１ｃｍ幅の短冊切りに切ってザルに広げ熱湯をかけて油抜きをする。
２）白菜は縦、半分に切ってから２cm幅のザク切りにする。
３）長ねぎは斜めの輪切りにする。
４）鍋にごま油を入れ熱し、しょうがの千切りをサッと炒め（１）の油揚げと（２）の白菜を入れてかるく炒めたら（３）の長ねぎも加えサッと炒める。
※炒める時にごま油ではなく、サラダ油でもOKです。
５）だし汁と調味料の材料を入れ、煮立ったら強めの弱火にし、時々混ぜながら５～６分煮る。器に盛る。

白菜の美味しい季節ですね(^^)でも丸ごと買うと料理によっては白菜が余ったりしてしまいますよね（汗）そんな時はお味噌汁や簡単にできる煮びたしがお勧めです☆他のお料理でも白菜は幅広くつかえるので、また登場すると思いますが、今回は煮びたしのレシピのご紹介です♪
