【材料】２～３人分
├ ソーセージ・・・・・・２本
├ にんじん・・・・・・１/３本
├ 玉ねぎ（小）・・・・１/２個
├ しめじ・・・・・・１/４袋分
├ サラダ油・・・・・・・・・適量
├ 固形スープの素（砕いたもの）・・・・１個
├ お湯・・・・・・・・・・３カップ
├ 牛乳・・・・・・・・・１/２カップ
├ パセリのみじん切り・・・・・適量
├ クルトン・・・・・・・・・・・・・・適量
【作り方】
１）ソーセージは斜めの輪切りにする。
※ レシピでは粗引きソーセージをつかってます。
２）にんじん、玉ねぎは細切りにし、しめじは小房にわける。
３）鍋にサラダ油を入れ熱し、（１）のソーセージを入れ炒め、続いて（２）のしめじ以外の野菜を入れ、焦げないように炒める。玉ねぎが透明になったら、しめじを加えサッと炒める。
４）続いてお湯と固形スープの素を入れ煮立ったら強めの弱火で６～７分、時々混ぜながら煮る。
５）牛乳を加え火を強め、煮立ってきたら弱火にして塩、こしょう（材料表記外）を少しずつ加え味をととのえたら火を止める。
６）器に盛りクルトンとパセリのみじん切りをちらす。

最近寒くなってきましたね～。寒くなると温かいスープを飲んで体が温まるとなんかホッとしますよね(*´∇｀*)今回は冷蔵庫に残っている材料で簡単に作れる『牛乳スープ』のレシピです。今回のレシピ以外の野菜でも良いので、冷蔵庫に余ってる野菜があれば作ってみて下さいね(^^)V今度また違う野菜を使って『牛乳スープ２』ｗと言うレシピ名で紹介しようかな～と思ってます☆
