├ 長ねぎ・・・・・・・・・１/３本分
├ 万能ネギの小口切り・・・大さじ２～３
├ 中華スープ・・・・・３カップ
├ ごま油・・・・・・小さじ１
調味料
しょう油・・・・・小さじ１ / 塩、こしょう・・・・各少々
【作り方】
１）しらたきはサッと洗い３ｃｍ幅に切って茹でてアクを取ったらザルに上げ水けをきる。
２）ハムは半分に切ったら１ｃｍ幅に切る。しめじは小房にわける。長ねぎは斜めの薄切りにする。
３）鍋に中華スープを入れ煮立ったらしょうがの千切りを入れ続いて（１）（２）を入れ再び煮立ったら強めの弱火で３分程煮る。
４）続いて調味料の材料を入れ味を調えたら溶き卵をまわし入れ仕上にごま油をまわし入れたら火を止める。器に盛って万能ねぎをちらす。
