├ オイスターソース・・・・・・・大さじ１
├ しょう油・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１/２
├ 黒酢・・・・・・・・・・・・・小さじ１
├ ごま油・・・・・・・・・・・・小さじ２
├ 砂糖・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・少々
【作り方】
１）チンゲン菜は１枚ずつはがして葉と軸を切り分けて、軸は半分に切る。
２）玉ねぎは約０.５ｍｍ幅の薄切りにする。しめじは小房にわける。
３）ドレッシングの材料をボールにすべて入れて混ぜ合わしておく。
４）鍋に熱湯を準備し、サラダ油と塩少々（材料表記外）を入れ（１）のチンゲン菜の軸を入れ、（２）の玉ねぎ、しめじを入れ野菜に火が通るまで茹でたら（１）のチンゲン菜の葉を入れサッと茹で、火を止めザルに上げ水けを切る。
５）（３）のドレッシングが入っているボールに（４）を温かいうちに入れ手早く味を絡め器に盛る。

今回のドレッシングは食が進む味なので温サラダにもなるし、おかずにもなる一品ですよ(^-^)チンゲン菜もきのこ類も今が特に美味しい季節です☆
