最近、ちょっと腰が痛いな～と思ってたんですけど、ただの腰痛だと思ってたんです。そしてある朝に顔を洗ったら急にズキーーンと腰が痛くなって『なに？この痛さは？』と思いながら『ま～大丈夫だろう・・・』と思って様子をみてたら全然良くならないのでこれはおかいし！！と思い病院に行ったら、「かるいヘルニアですね」と言われました(TдT)
ただ、歩けるし腰も曲がるし、たいしたヘルニアじゃないからと言われたんですけど、「長時間のパソコンをやるのは止めた方が良いね」と言われたもので普段の仕事でもＰＣを使うのでメインサイト【ごはんすき.ＣＯＭ】はなんとか更新しましたがブログまで手が出せませんでした(ToT)>゛スンマセン
どうやらＰＣをやる時の姿勢が駄目だったみたいで、後は運動不足と言われました(^^;)
確かに昔はスノボー行ったり（腰に悪そうですけどね）後は電車を乗らずに歩いたりして軽い運動はしてたな～と・・・。でも今ではまったく歩かないし！！(^o^;とくにこの夏は暑くて歩く気になりませんでした（￣▽￣；）
ちなみに同じ体勢を長時間するのは駄目みたいなのでＰＣを長時間さわる方は気をつけて下さいね（＞＜）
もう痛くなくなってきたのでウォーキングが良いとの事なのでこれからウォーキングを始めようかな～と思ってます(^^)Vジョギングは腰に悪いから駄目だと言われたので。と言ってもジョギングは苦手なのでどっちにしろ走らないと思いますが・・・(^^;
後、水泳も良いみたいですよ☆種目はクロールか背泳ぎがＯＫらしいです
