【材料】 ３人分
├ 焼き鳥の缶詰（しょう油味）・・・・３缶
├ モロヘイヤ・・・・・・・・・・１袋
├ コーン缶のコーン・・・・・・大さじ１
├ 水・・・・・・・カップ１/２
├ 酒・・・・・・・・大さじ１
├ ごま油・・・・・小さじ１/２
【作り方】
１）モロヘイヤは葉を摘み熱湯で一度サッと茹でたら冷水にサッととり、水気をきって刻む。
２）鍋に水と酒を入れ煮立ったら焼き鳥の缶詰のタレごと入れる。
３）再び煮立ったら（１）のモロヘイヤとコーンを入れ中火で２～３分煮る。
４）仕上にごま油を振ってひと混ぜしたら火を止める。器に盛る。

味付けは焼き鳥の缶詰に入っているタレで良いし、鶏肉には火が通っているのでサッと煮るだけでとっても簡単で短時間でできる栄養もばっちり取れる便利レシピです♪
ちなみに私は今回のレシピをご飯にかけて丼風に食べましたヽ(^▽^＠)ノ
今では有名なアラビア語で「王様の食べる野菜」という意味のモロヘイヤは栄養価が高い野菜です。
カロチン、ビタミンB郡やビタミンC、カルシウム、鉄などのミネラルも豊富なんですよ☆あとネバネバが特徴ですよね。私はモロヘイヤのネバネバがとっても好きです（*＾ー＾*）
