├ さつま揚げ・・・・小４枚
├ じゃがいも・・・・・１個
├ さやいんげん・・・２～３本
調味料
和風出汁・・・カップ１/３ /砂糖・・・・小さじ１/２ /しょう油・・・大さじ１/２
├ サラダ油・・・・適量
【作り方】
１）さつま揚げは熱湯をかけ油抜きをし、薄切りにする。
２）じゃがいもは皮を剥いて千切りにしボールに入れかぶるくらいに水を入れ７～１０分さらし、ザルにあげ水けをきる
３）さやいんげんはさやを取って塩が入った熱湯で固めに下茹でしたらサッと冷水にとり、続いて水けを切って斜め切りにする。
４）フライパンにサラダ油を熱し（１）をサッと炒め続いて（２）を入れ炒める。さらに（３）を入れ炒める。
５）調味料の材料をすべて加え入れほぼ汁けがなくなるくらいまで味がからむように炒め煮する。器に盛る。
