【材料】 ２人分
├ 豚ロース薄切り・・・・・・６枚
下味
塩、こしょう・・・・・・・・・各適量
├ 冷凍フライドポテト（波形のもの）・・・・１２本
├ 玉ねぎの薄切り・・・・・・・・・・１/４個分
├ サラダ油・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・適量
ソース
にんにくの薄切り・・・・（小）１片分 /サラダ油・・・適量 /
バター・・・・・大さじ１/２ /しょう油・・・・小さじ１/２（強） /こしょう・・・少々
├ キャベツの千切り・・・・・・・・・・・２～３枚分
【作り方】
１）豚肉を１枚ずつに広げ下味の塩、こしょうを全体にかるくふる。
２）冷凍のフライドポテトは電子レンジで解凍しておく。
※ フライドポテトは肉の大きさに合うものを選ぶ
３）（１）の豚肉に玉ねぎの薄切りを少量のせ（２）のフライドポテトを２本のせて巻く。残りも同様に巻く。
４）フライパンにサラダ油を入れ熱し（３）の豚肉を巻き終わりの方から入れ、ころがしながら豚肉に焼き色をつける。焼き色がついたら弱火にしてフタをして６分程焼いたら取り出す。
５）ソースを作る。
新しいフライパンにソースの材料のサラダ油を入れ熱し、にんにくを入れ炒め香りが出たらバターを入れ溶かし、こしょうとしょう油を加え、ひと混ぜしたら火を止める。
６）器にキャベツの千切りを盛り（４）の豚肉を盛りその上に（５）のソースをかける。
■お話し■
冷凍のフライドポテトを使えばわざわざじゃがいもを茹でなくても良いので簡単に作れちゃいます。サブのおかずでも良いけど、メインのおかずにもなるな～っと思いました。ちなみに濃い味が良いならソースをかけてさらに好みの量のしょう油をかけて食べてみて下さいね♪ちなみに私は濃い味が食べたい気分だったので、しょう油をかけて食べました(^^)またお弁当のおかずにも良いかも？その場合はソースは無しでお肉が焼き終わる直前にサッとしょう油をかけ肉を手早く転がして火からおろせばＯＫだと思います。今度はお弁当用で作ってみようと思います☆
