【材料】 ２～３人分
├ いわしの缶詰（しょう油煮のもの）・・・２缶（１缶１００ｇ程度のもの）
├ ほうれん草・・・・・・・・・・・・・１/２束
├ にんにくの薄切り・・・・・・・・・・・１片分
調味料
しょう油・・・大さじ１ / 酒・・・・・大さじ１ / 砂糖・・・・・・小さじ１
粉唐辛子・・・・少々
├ ごま油・・・・・大さじ１程度
【作り方】
１）いわしの缶詰のいわしを取り出し、汁は大さじ２を取っておいて残りは捨てる。
２）ほうれん草を茹でる。熱湯に塩を少々（材料表記外）加え、ほうれん草の根元の方から入れてさっと茹でる。水けを絞り３ｃｍ長さに切る。
３）鍋にごま油を入れ熱しにんにくの薄切りを入れ、香りが出たら（１）のいわしの両面を焼き、続いて（１）でとっておいた缶詰の汁大さじ２を入れる。
４）更に調味料の材料をすべて入れて（２）のほうれん草をいわしにかぶらないように鍋のはじに入れ汁けがほぼなくなるまで中火で時々鍋をゆすりながら煮る。器に盛る。
※鍋をゆすっている時にほうれん草を菜箸で混ぜながら汁にからめてください。
