【材料】 ３～４人分
├ きゅうり・・・・３本
├ 酢・・・・・・大さじ２1/2
├ 白ワイン・・・カップ１/２
├ 塩・・・・・少々
├ ローリエ・・・・１枚
├ 赤とうがらし・・・・１本
├ にんにくのスライス・・・１片分
【作り方】
１）きゅうりを洗ったら両端を切って半分に切ってさらに縦に半分に切って３ｃｍ幅に切る。
２）鍋に（１）のきゅうり、酢、白ワイン、塩、ローリエ、赤とうがらし、にんにくのすべての材料を入れ火にかける。
３）（２）が沸騰したら火を弱め５～６分火にかける。
４）きゅうりの皮が茶色に変わったら火を止めてそのまま置いておいて冷ます。冷めたらきゅうりと煮汁全てタッパーなどに入れて冷蔵庫に入れ冷やす。
５）できれば１～２日おいてから頂く。
※今回のきゅうりのピクルスはさっぱりめなので甘くもっとお酢を効かしたい時は（２）で砂糖少々、お酢は大さじ３にしてください。

お酢は疲れの元を取ってくれるのでお酢を使った料理は疲れがある時に取り入れてみて下さいね☆私はピクルスが大好きで、パンはもちろんですけど、（ハンバーガーとかに入ってますもんね）ご飯でのおかずでもＯＫなんです。「えーー！変わってる」って言われますが(^_^;)でも個人的にはおかずになるのでサブのお料理レシピに載せてしまいましたが、（汗）おかずとして無理な方は疲れを感じた時に単品で食べるか、サンドイッチなどの中身に加えて下さいね☆
