【材料】２～３人分
├ 絹ごし豆腐・・・・１/２丁
├ ハム・・・・・・・・・・・・４枚
├ ほうれん草・・・・・１/３束分
├ にんにくの薄切り・・・（小）１片分
スープ
固形スープ（ブイヨン）・・・・１個 / お湯・・・・・２カップ
├ 塩、こしょう・・・・・少々
├ サラダ油・・・・・・・・適量
├ 粉チーズ・・・・・・・適量
【作り方】
１）ほうれん草を茹でる。熱湯に塩を少々（材料表記外）加え、ほうれん草の根元の方から入れてさっと茹でる。茹であがったらサッと冷水につけ、水けを絞って３ｃｍ長さに切る。
２）ハムは半分に切って（半月切り）更に１ｃｍ幅に切る。
３）豆腐は一口大に切る。
４）スープの材料の固形スープをお湯で溶かしておく。
５）鍋にサラダ油を入れ熱しにんにくを入れ香りが出たら（２）のハムを入れ色が変わる程度に炒める。さらに（１）のほうれん草を入れサッと炒める。
６）続いて（４）のスープを入れ煮立ったら（３）の豆腐を入れ再び煮立ったら５分煮て仕上に塩、こしょうで調味する。
７）器に盛ったら粉チーズを好みの量、振る。
