├ 小松菜・・・１/２束
だし汁
鶏がらスープ・・・・カップ１ / 酒・・・・・・大さじ１/２ / しょう油・・・大さじ１
砂糖・・・・・小さじ１/２
【作り方】
１）小松菜は熱湯でかために下茹でしたら３～４ｃｍ長さに切る。
２）鍋に出汁の材料をすべて入れて煮立ったら冷凍のままのえびシュウマイを入れ再び煮立ったら弱火にし、えびシュウマイに火が通るまで煮る。
３）（１）の小松菜も入れ３～４分煮る。火を止め器に盛る。
※ピリ辛味にしたい時は仕上げにラー油を少々振りかけも美味しいですよ☆

冷凍食品をレンジでチンしただけで食卓に出すとなんとなく手抜きっぽいですけど、ちょっとだけ手を加えれば手抜きに見えない冷凍食品ってやっぱり便利ですよね～♪ちなみに今回のレシピではえびシュウマイですが、お肉のシュウマイでもＯＫですよ☆
