【材料】 ２～３人分
├ 茹でたけのこ・・・・小１本
├ かつお節・・・・小分けしてあるものでパック１
（約カップ１/４程度の量）
├ 調味料
昆布だし・・・・カップ２ / 酒・・・・・・大さじ１ / 砂糖・・・・・小さじ１
しょう油・・・・大さじ１
【作り方】
１）茹でたけのこは根元の方と穂先を切り分け根元の方は１ｃｍ厚さの半月切り、穂先の方は縦に１ｃｍ厚さに切る。
２）鍋に昆布だしと茹でたけのこを入れ火にかけアクを取り、アクを取ったら酒、砂糖を入れさらにしょう油の材料の半分を入れ落としぶたをし弱火で２０分煮る。
３）残りのしょう油を加え入れさらに５～６分煮る。
※この時は落としぶたは取る。
４）だし汁がほぼなくなったらかつお節をふりかけ全体にからめる。火を止める。
■お話し■
筍は食物繊維が豊富で他にはわずかですが、ビタミンＢ１、Ｂ２、Ｃ、Ｅが含まれています。自分的には栄養どうのじゃなく、とにかくたけのこの歯ごたえが大好きです(笑）
