├ 春雨・・・・・・・２０ｇ
スープ
├ 鶏がらスープ・・・３1/2カップ
├ 酒・・・・・・・・大さじ２
├ 塩・・・・・・・・少々
仕上げ調味料
├ しょう油・・・・大さじ１/２
├ ごま油・・・・小さじ１
【作り方】
１）鶏だんごの具の材料をボールに全て入れて粘りが出るまでよく混ぜておく。
※しいたけのみじん切りは軸を取って下さい。
２）キャベツは食べやすい大きさにザク切りにする。
３）春雨は熱湯を準備したら約２分程浸して戻し、食べやすように切る。
４）鍋にスープの材料をすべていれて煮立てる。
※鶏がらスープは鶏がらスープの素で作って下さい。
５）スープが煮立ったら鶏だんごを大きめなら１０個小さめなら１２個分をスプーンですくって落とし入れ浮き上がったら取り出す。
※アクはきれいに取って下さい。
６）（２）のキャベツを入れ３分煮たら（３）の春雨と（５）の鶏だんごを戻し入れ５分煮る。
７）仕上げ調味料のしょう油を入れ更に１～２分煮たら仕上にごま油をふって香りをつける。
